Individual Medicare Plans

Medicare health coverage through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana includes Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug plans (MAPD) and Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans.

Producers selling our Medicare products have a variety of options to share with their clients and a host of marketing and sales tools at the ready when they work with us.

Medicare Advantage Plans

Our PPO plans bundle cost-saving and value-added options with Original Medicare benefits. Here are some plan highlights. (Producers must be certified to sell MAPD plans.) With our plans, your clients:

  • Do not need to choose a primary care provider (PCP)
  • Are free to use doctors, hospitals and health care providers outside the network (may require higher copays and coinsurance)
  • Save more when using in-network providers
  • Get drug coverage

Accessing Sales and Marketing Materials

As you know, there are strict sales and marketing rules around using Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan marketing materials. That's why we have a secure portal for that purpose alone. Once you're certified to sell our MAPD and PDP plans for a specific plan year, you get access to that year's materials.

Plan year 2026 materials are not yet avaialable.
