It’s Easy to Make a Payment

A premium notice is mailed to Blue Cross Medicare Advantage members around the 10-15th of each month that include your total amount due and the due date. Your premium is due by the 1st day of the following month. For example, your June premium will be due by July 1st.

You can pay your monthly premium by mailing an envelope with your premium notice and a check or money order made payable to Blue Cross Medicare Advantage to the address listed on the notice.

Your monthly premium is withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account on the fourth business day of each month.

Steps to set up automatic payments: 

1. Visit the  Plan Documents page
   
2. Download the Automatic Premium Payment Authorization Agreement
   
3. Print and complete the agreement form
   
4. Mail the completed form as instructed

Make a Payment

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage members can elect to have their premium withheld from their Social Security or Railroad Retirement Benefit Checks. If you did not choose to have premiums withheld on your enrollment form, you will need to contact us and speak with an agent to request this payment method. After your request is submitted, it can take 1-3 months for premium deductions to begin.

Log in to your BAM℠   account to schedule your premium payments online. Make payments or schedule payments through BAM by signing into BAM.

Click “Make a Payment” to Single Sign On (SSO) into the Member Payment Portal and make payments using your saved bank accounts.

You can set up and save wallets as well through the Member Payment Portal for easier one-time payments.

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage members can make expedited payments via phone.
