Tom will need his member ID card for his upcoming doctor's appointment, but he can't find the card. No problem. With BAM he can view, download, or print his card 24/7. He can also order a new card. Now that Tom has found this specialist and has his ID card, he is ready for his upcoming appointment.
This is Mary and Charles.
They have two children, six grandchildren, and two rambunctious dogs. Mary receives a doctor's appointment reminder on her tablet. Before she goes back to the doctor, Mary wants to know where she's at with her annual health care spending and how this visit may impact her budget. Elena remembers she can access all of her coverage information and plan documents through the Blue Access for Members website. From the dashboard, she clicks on the Claims button at the top of the page. On the Claims page, Elena can view her claims from the last 18 months, or use the search bar to search by doctor, date or location. She can also access her EOB from the Claims page.
