To ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Guidelines, a random sample of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Medicare Advantage providers will be selected to participate in the bi-annual regulatory Provider Availability and Access Survey. This survey is required to ensure we are continuing to provide our members, your patients, adequate and timely access to our network providers.
How it works:
This survey will be sent starting Monday, Sept. 9. If selected to participate, you will be asked to complete a short, 5-10-minute survey.
- If no response from the initial email, an email reminder will be sent out as early as Monday, Sept. 16.
- BCBSMT will reach out by phone beginning Monday, Sept. 16 for any providers with invalid email addresses.
- A physician, nurse, office manager, or other qualified staff member may complete the survey.
