Beginning in September, the Blue Review provider email from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana will become a monthly email replacing the current biweekly Provider News & Updates email and the quarterly Blue Review publication.
Publication schedule: The Blue Review will be emailed to providers within the first week of the month.
Why the change: This change will help improve the efficiency and quality of the provider newsletter delivery process. Our goal is to give providers the information they need to best work with us and serve our members.
