On Jan. 1, 2021, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) will update its list of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes to comply with changes due to a BCBSMT system update and updates from the American Medical Association (AMA). These changes are the result of new, replaced or removed codes implemented by BCBSMT and the AMA.
What’s New: On Jan. 1, 2021 we will update the procedure code list for services that require preauthorization.
